These Terms of Use (Terms) govern access to and use of RedSearch (redsearch.top) and related pages, accounts, and features (the Service). By using the Service, creating an account, submitting a listing, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

1. The Service in plain terms

• RedSearch is an adult, embed-only index of video hosted on third-party KYC partner platforms.
• We do not host, store, stream from our disks, or accept uploads of video files.
• Playback happens in partner embed players. Partner terms and policies also apply when you interact with their players or sites.
• Registered users may submit allowlisted embeds, earn on qualifying views, refer others, claim verified profiles, and request payouts, subject to these Terms and our published rates.

2. Eligibility and age assurance

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live).
• The Service is adult-only. You must not allow a minor to use your device, account, or age-assurance session to access it.
• Depending on your region, you may be required to complete age assurance (including facial age estimation or similar methods) before browsing or logging in.
• Account registration requires a date of birth showing you are 18+. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate termination.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe you are underage or that age assurance was circumvented.

3. Accounts and roles

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Accounts select a role. Capabilities differ:

• Performer: submit embeds, earn, refer, and (after verification) claim and manage performer directory page(s) and eligible profile media.
• Studio: same earning/submit features, and (after verification) claim and manage studio page(s) and eligible profile media.
• Promoter: submit embeds, earn, and refer. Promoters do not claim performer/studio pages or upload gallery media; they may request promoter recognition as offered in-product.

Role may be locked while verification is pending or approved. You must provide accurate information. Impersonation, fake claims, or forged verification materials are prohibited.

4. Verification and directory claims

• Claiming a performer or studio page generally requires completing our verification process (for example proving control of designated external verified accounts and/or identity proof we accept).
• Verification materials are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may approve, deny, reverse, or revoke claims and badges at our discretion when we suspect fraud, mistake, or rights conflicts.

5. Submitting listings (embeds only)

• You may submit only HTTPS embeds / embed URLs from our enabled KYC partner allowlist.
• Hosts not on the allowlist are rejected. We do not accept arbitrary video file uploads.
• You must have the right to submit the embed for indexing and public display on RedSearch (including rights from the partner platform’s terms and any needed rights from performers / rights holders).
• Titles, descriptions, categories, keywords, and tags must not be unlawfully misleading, and must not facilitate illegal activity.
• We may rate-limit submissions, refuse listings, edit metadata for clarity/safety, unpublish, or permanently delist content for any lawful reason, including partner removal, reports, fraud, or policy breaches.
• Delisting on RedSearch removes our index entry; it does not delete the video from the partner host.

6. Licence you grant us

By submitting content or materials to the Service, you grant RedSearch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• host, cache, display, reproduce, and distribute the listing metadata, thumbnails we fetch or generate for UI display, and embed references as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service;
• allow users to view the listing and play the partner embed through our pages;
• use your profile / gallery stills (when you upload them and accept the in-product licence checkboxes) in site promotions and marketing, as stated at upload time.

You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this licence. This licence continues for as long as the material remains on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, caches, and legal retention. It does not transfer ownership of your underlying IP.

7. Profile and gallery images

• Where enabled for your role, gallery uploads require confirmation that images are non-nude / profile-safe and that you grant the promotional licence described above.
• We may watermark, resize, strip metadata, refuse, or remove images.
• Do not upload CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, others’ identity documents (except as required through official verification flows), malware, or illegal content.

8. Earnings and payable views

Eligible published listings may generate uploader earnings based on payable views at rates we publish (default order of magnitude: $0.50 USD per 1,000,000 payable views, configurable by us). Rates, caps, and qualification rules may change prospectively.

A view generally counts as payable only when our systems determine that, among other checks:

• the listing is published and eligible;
• the visitor is not classified as a bot under our rules;
• ads are not blocked (including client signals and, when enabled, proof that required ad-script beacons fired);
• minimum watch time is met (on the order of 8 seconds, configurable);
• dedupe and anti-fraud caps are respected (for example limited payable events per visitor / video / time window).

We may withhold, reverse, or adjust earnings for fraud, abuse, self-dealing, incentivised invalid traffic, technical error, chargebacks/partner disputes, or Terms breaches. Ledger balances are accounting entries, not a guarantee of payment until a payout is approved and completed.

9. Referrals

• Referral rewards are one level only (no multi-level / pyramid structure).
• Default commission is on the order of 1% of a referred user’s qualifying view earnings, configurable by us.
• Attribution uses referral codes and a first-party referral cookie (on the order of 90 days) and/or codes entered at signup. Rules in-product control which source wins when both exist.
• Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced installs, and deceptive attribution are prohibited and may forfeit rewards.

10. Payouts

• You must provide accurate payout destinations (e.g. PayPal email, bank details, Bitcoin address, Focus.xyz username, or other methods we enable).
• Minimum payout amounts apply (global floor on the order of $10.00 USD, and per-method minima). Admin may enable/disable methods and change minima.
• You are responsible for taxes, third-party fees, and the correctness of destinations you supply. Wrong addresses may result in irreversible loss.
• We may refuse or delay payouts pending identity checks, fraud review, or legal compliance. One pending request at a time may be enforced in-product.
• Approved payouts are processed manually or via export tools to payment networks; timing is not guaranteed.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service if under 18, or to expose minors to adult content;
• submit, promote, or seek CSAM / underage content, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or other illegal material;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights;
• scrape, overload, probe, or attack the Service except via documented public interfaces we expressly allow;
• circumvent age gates, payability checks, ad requirements, rate limits, or security controls;
• manipulate views, referrals, reports, or rankings through bots, farms, cloaking, or deception;
• upload malware, spam, or phishing;
• misrepresent affiliation with RedSearch or with performers/studios you do not control;
• use the Service in violation of export, sanctions, or other applicable laws.

12. Reporting and moderation

Watch pages include a Report flow (reasons may include underage, non-consensual, copyright, spam, violence, doxxing, or other). Reports create an internal ticket and typically direct you to the partner origin to report hosted files there as well. We may investigate, delist, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and contact authorities where appropriate. Underage reports are treated as high priority.

13. Intellectual property; DMCA; §2257

• RedSearch branding, site design, and first-party software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them except as needed to use the Service.
• Partner content remains subject to partner and producer rights. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for notice and counter-notice procedures. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
• Record-keeping for embedded sexually explicit videos is addressed in our 18 U.S.C. §2257 statement.

14. Advertising, cookies, and third parties

• The Service is funded in part by display advertising and listing partners. Ad creatives and certain listing scripts may load as part of normal use.
• Analytics tools load only if you accept Analytics in cookie settings. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie settings.
• Third-party embeds, ads, payment networks, and linked sites are outside our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or forfeit unpaid balances in cases of fraud or material breach, remove listings, and revoke verification or claims, with or without notice where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Provisions that by nature should survive (including licences for residual copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms) survive termination.

16. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that listings or partner embeds will remain available; that earnings estimates will be achieved; or that third-party content is accurate, lawful, or non-infringing.

Adult content may be offensive. You access it at your own risk. We are not responsible for partner players, external sites, or user-submitted metadata.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RedSearch AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS WE ACTUALLY PAID YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

18. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedSearch and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your embeds, your verification materials, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

19. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change features, rates, allowlists, payout methods, and these Terms. Material Terms changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

20. Governing law and disputes

Except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of redsearch.top, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in a competent venue designated by the operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect the Service or IP, and except for rights you cannot waive under your local law.

Operators should replace this section with a specific governing-law and venue clause when counsel finalises entity details.

21. Miscellaneous

• These Terms, plus policies linked here (Privacy, DMCA, §2257, cookie settings), are the entire agreement for use of the Service.
• If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale.
• No third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated.
