DMCA / Copyright Policy

RedSearch (redsearch.top) operates an embed-only index of adult video hosted on third-party KYC partner sites. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit video files. Listings point to partner embed players. This page explains how copyright owners can request removal of a listing from our index under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and related notice-and-takedown practice.

Operators intending to rely on DMCA safe-harbor provisions should register the designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory and keep this page consistent with that registration.

3. Filing a DMCA notice of claimed infringement

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), a written notice must substantially include all of the following. Notices missing required elements may be rejected or returned for completion.

  1. Signature. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Work identified. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice.
  3. Material on RedSearch. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on our service, preferably:
    • the RedSearch watch URL (for example https://redsearch.top/v/123), and/or
    • the video ID, title as shown on RedSearch, and the partner embed / source URL if known.
  4. Your contact information. Information reasonably sufficient to contact you, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good-faith belief. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy / authority. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. What we do after a valid notice

  1. Acknowledge receipt when practicable (usually by email).
  2. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified listing(s) on RedSearch (unpublish / delist the embed), where the notice is complete and the material can be located.
  3. Take reasonable steps to notify the user who submitted the listing, when we have contact details for that account.
  4. Preserve records of the notice and our action for operational and legal compliance purposes.

We may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, abusive, not directed at material on RedSearch, or that appear to be spam. We may seek clarification before delisting.

5. Counter-notification

If your listing was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Copyright Agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), a counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal (e.g. the former /v/… URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or for any judicial district in which RedSearch may be found if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and, under the statutory process, may restore the listing not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days later unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.

6. Repeat infringer policy

RedSearch terminates, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Factors may include the number and severity of valid notices, failure to cure, and clear patterns of uploading infringing embeds. We may also refuse new submissions from terminated accounts and related accounts.

8. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or that it was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. File notices and counter-notices only if you are authorized and the claims are accurate.

10. Performers, studios & creators — voluntary revenue share

RedSearch is an embed-only index. We do not host video files and are not legally required to pay performers, studios, or creators for traffic to third-party embeds. We choose to do so anyway: without the people on screen and the studios behind the work, our index would have little value.

When a video on RedSearch receives a payable view (ads shown, minimum watch time met, not adblocked), we also credit an additional goodwill reward against tagged performer names and the credited studio. This does not reduce what the uploader earns for that view.

This is a voluntary goodwill program, not a wage or employment relationship. Rates and eligibility may change; only payable views after the program start date accrue unless we announce a backfill. Questions: [email protected].

11. International note

We respond to valid copyright complaints from rights holders worldwide in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable law. Users or rights holders in the EU / UK may also have rights or reporting channels under local intermediary / online-safety frameworks; email the agent above and we will route the request appropriately. 12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of RedSearch after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
